Write Down Your Training Schedule
Aside from the fact that most people are procrastinators, there is another reason why a lot of people fail to get in shape or reach their fitness goals. That reason is the failure to write down your training schedule.
Writing down your fitness goals, training schedule, and exercise plan is essential for people who are dead serious about getting into better shape and improving their lifestyles. When we write our plan/goals down on paper, it makes it easier for us to accomplish them. Its in writing so we dont have to constantly recall what we are supposed to do every time we want to train.
Many people just exercise whenever theyre in the mood for it. That mentality is doomed to fail when trying to achieve and maintain physical fitness. If a person decided to work out one day, it might be another five days or more before that person decides to work out again. And what does this do for that person: absolutely nothing. If a person who trains like this starts to build up his/her stamina on the first day and doesnt train for a couple of days after that, guess what...their fitness resets and returns to where they started on the first day. Proper training includes consistency: the ability to keep going and going and going. Just like the energizer bunny - he must have tons of stamina by now!
The truth is: everybody has those energy reserves that allows us to keep going. You just have to unlocked it and use it to its full potential. So starting today for the next 30 days, dedicate at least 30 minutes to training your body and your stamina. Youd be surprised at the results youll begin to see and feel in such a short time period.
