Having suffered from severe acne for many years I was desperate to find a solution and I found a website called Acne Free In 3 Days - a cure for acne in 3 days. I was skeptical about the claims made by the author Chris Gibson, but as I say, I was desperate...

So I bought the program and was slightly disappointed straight away. You see, the 3 day acne cure involved fasting on apples for 3 days. But I needed to clear my skin and so I did the 3 day fast. It wasn't easy, but at the end of the 3 days my skin was as clear as it had been for about 10 years, pretty much perfect. I was delighted and thought about writing the author a thank you letter, but then it all went wrong...
