There is a lot of hype on the Internet about an acne cure program called Acne Free In 3 Days. But what is it? And does it work, or is it just another scam acne product?

I used to suffer from acne for many years, well into my adulthood. And I when I had acne I was always looking for something to cure it, from expensive acne cleansers, different antibiotics and other 'miracle' pills etc etc...I also once tried a 3 day cure called Acne Free in 3 Days that I found online, and when I first looked at the ebook that describes the program I was instantly disappointed...

You see, the Acne Free In 3 Days acne cure program is just a 3 day apple fast. This meant that I couldn't eat anything but apples and drink water. This process is supposed to detoxify the body and result in clear skin.

This simply wasn't practical for me to do on such a regular basis. You see, the 3 day apple fast is very difficult and drained my energy so much that I had to just sit indoors whilst doing it.
